But enough about the actual food itself. What I want to express my opinion about is the Chinese restaurants waiters.
What about them? First, they are Chinese… doh… and second, they cannot speak English. At least not good enough so I can understand them. I must always point and shake my head to make myself understood. Wtf? I understand that you Chinese people have to stick together and you have good food (at least by my standards) but goddammit learn a bit of English. It’s good for your business or your employer’s business.
I have yet to come across a Chinese who knows what ‘less spicy’ means.
P.S. And just to be clear: if it says chicken it better look and taste like chicken, okay?
