weird article on how the recession is actually helping the kids of
today get more creative:

So, in other words the recession will have smarter kids as a side
effect. Probably they will also learn that the lesson: “just
because it’s way more expensive it doesn’t mean it’s better”. Maybe
the economy has a chance once this kids group up. We’ll just have
to wait another 15-20 years. A small price to pay to get out of a
very sh*tty situation.
But wait! There’s more:
- think of parents who will be out of a job. They will actually
have the time needed to play, look after and fully develop their
children. After all, isn’t it true that a child is the ultimate
investment?
- also think that the kids will eat less. They will be healthier
and certainly NOT FAT.
There you go. The recession, the new
panacea.
