As I was saying in the
Prologue,
I need to do something if I want to live past 30-40 years. Clearly
doing something means loosing weight. And keeping it off.
I say keeping it off, because I’ve tried dieting and working out in
the past. It worked, on the short term, but in the long term the
results were not the expected ones.
So our saga begins, this being the first episode.
The input is my current weight, 285lbs or roughly 130 kg.
This is at 1.83 m.
During the next few months Iwill try to lose the excess weight and
keep it off.
As in any saga, the hero seeks help in order to overcome the
